Once direct sales are enabled through our official channels, the following general policy will apply:

  • Return Window: Products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened food items or damaged goods not resulting from our handling will not be eligible for return.
